A room you can hear yourself think in
Charcoal walls, gray oak floors, black leather thrones, and enough space between the chairs to keep to yourself. Our clients call it “spotlessly clean,” and say we do “the cleanest manicures in town.”
Come in on a weekday afternoon and you can hear the music. That’s the point of the room.
You pick against your own hand, not a chart
Our gel comes with a matching lacquer, so the shade on your nails is one you can take home in a bottle. Dip powders, builder gel, chrome and glitter sit on the same wall.
Bring a screenshot. Bring nothing. Either works — we’ll tell you honestly whether a design will hold at your nail length before we start it.

We’re on Cicero just north of Devon, a few minutes from Sauganash, Edgebrook, Skokie and North Park. Step-free entrance, and accessible parking right by the door.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are always welcome. We’re a small room though, and Saturdays and the week before a holiday fill up fast — so if you want a particular technician or a detailed art set, call (224) 534-7079 ahead.
What are your hours?
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Saturday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. We’re closed on Tuesdays.
How do I book? Is there an online booking link?
Call us on (224) 534-7079, or send a DM to @lelam_nailsalon — we’re on there most days. We don’t take bookings through any other site, so the phone is always the surest way to reach us.
How much does a gel manicure cost?
It depends on length, shape and how much hand-painted work the design needs. Call us and we’ll give you a straight answer before you come in.
How do you handle cleanliness between clients?
We use sterilized tools, and a fresh disposable liner goes into the pedicure bowl for every client. It’s the thing our clients mention most — they call us “spotlessly clean.”
Can you sign? I’m Deaf or hard of hearing.
Yes — we have staff who sign. The entrance is step-free, the main entrance and restroom are ADA-compliant, and there’s accessible parking near the door.
Do you do kids’ nails?
Yes. Kids are welcome, and they get the same care and the same attention to detail as everyone else.
Where are you, and where do I park?
We’re at 6451 N Cicero Avenue in Lincolnwood, IL 60712 — on Cicero just north of Devon, on the Lincolnwood side of the Chicago line. There’s accessible parking near the entrance, and bike parking too.
Do I have to tip?
Tipping is entirely optional. We take credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle and Cash App.
